Agora, the square of a sunny city, Mediterranean. Agora, the men that in this square talk, discuss, project a better and important future. Men that were called Demostene, Pericle, Temistocle. In the square of a city that was called Athens Today, more than two thousand years after, in another city of light, Mediterranean and old traditions, is born another Agora. No longer a square in a pure sense - even if the place is in the historical heart of Cefalu' - but agora in it's social significance, most deep: a group - a young group - that's been created to offer necessary services to the growth of an intelligent and productive city, and by extension, to the whole Sicilian territory.

About it, we talk in these pages because this is an event, and as such deserves our attention. An event because it's important that's created, by us, a modern enterprise, untied from the inflations and sterileof the charities mechanisms, a new enterprise, wanted by the young that have a desire to work, to produce. And that have chosen the services section, the most tightly connected to the most important entry of the Sicilian economy balance - even if, at times, it seems that not everyone, still, has understood it - tourism, in all it's aspects.

To the organization of every type of conventions and meetings, to the incentive in the tourist and to the advertisment promoting, to the promotion, management and sponsorship of the cultural and sportive initiative, to the complete organization of shows and trips, to the organization of social and administrations services - regarding to both public and private firms, to the set up and management of the advertisment campaigns, assistance - with hostess, catering and booking programs - for every type of manifestations. Exactly all that is needed to conceive, organize and manage an event. With professionalism and competence. The result has an importance touristic value - and not only because Cefalu', the theater of the manifestations - since every event forms for itself a strong recall. In brief, the Agora of Cefalu' offers exactly, as much as promises, in her social reason: promotions, communications and image.

Cefalu' then, isn't a casual choice - the majority of the members of the Agora are Cefalutesi - because, from time, this magnificent sea place is considered, and not only for the slogans of the local tourist office, a congressional city, endowed with all the requirements and the adequate and prestige facilities. A short history: from not even a year, the group, with Maria Elisa Carnino (chairman), supported by Gianni Rasa and Maria Teresa Bassano, has already given proof of her potentials, in taking completely care to the organization of the convention "I sentieri verdi" bound in June in the sanctuary of Gibilmanna and developed in collaboration with the park authority of the Madonie. It was inaugurated a crossing, studied and traced, of a few kilometers from Petralia Sottana for the disabled. An initiative of a real social weight, in an area that has an extreme need.

Another offer: particular packages, Winter and Spring in a residence at the gates of Cefalu', the Magabu', a comforting oasis of tranquility in front of the sea, managed now completely by Agora.
